Chris Garritano Period 7- Hello, my name is Marco Ravioli Garritano. I am a 21, tall, dark and handsome man who works as a barber for the Capulet family. I have 6 kids and a lovely 19 year old wife.
ReplyDeleteOverhearing Sampson and Gregory's conversation as i was buying food for my family, i thought that the language they were using was dispicable. In my day as a child i would use such language, but now i realize that no lady should be treated or spoken to like that. Once the square broke out into a brawl, I immediately wanted to help the Capulet side. But then I realized that I had a family to support, and I couldn't risk my life for something as stupid as that. So, i ran home before I got involved.
Samantha O'Rourke period 6 Hi my name is Sieanna Maria O'Rourke Im 17 and spend my days as a tailor. I am somewhat middle class, although I like to dress a little less fancy then most middle class woman, just because I feel unique. I useually work in the town square so I don't really have any interaction between young Romeo and Juliets families unless they come to the shop. I like my job its peaceful during most of my day, only a little tension just the right amount actually. Anyway I have a large family filled with 4 younger sisters 2 younger brothers and a newly born brother of mine he is barely 2 months. My life is really busy I was luck enough to finish highschool and now work in the family store as well as help my mother with my other siblings. As of right now I have a boyfriend but no kids of my own, I need to help out my family and do not have time just yet to start one myself.

The name is Giuliana Rizzi, I'm thirteen years of age and i spend every day of my life working as a maid in the Capulet's house. I feel as if i could have a much better job than working as a maid waisting my time cleaning up after other people and their messes. I have an aspiration to make a lot of money doing a job that i love but as I'm nearing my twenties, I know I'm getting too old to switch what i want to do with my life, and i need to get married away soon.I stand in the lower class and barely get a glance in town, even though I'm skinny short and some what attractive for a lower class female, My long dark brown hair falls halfway down my back and i have big blue eyes, that seem to catch the attention of the shop keepers, that I one day hope to marry because they make quite a bit of money in the town. But there's more to me than just a pretty face, my rudeness and sarcastic humor tends to scare all the boys, except the immature un-disciplined ones, who try to get every girl in town. I do try to look nice, I wear one dress but it's very old. I've been saving my pay for awhile now to have my seamstress make the nicest one i can afford, but I have to save for eighteen more months. I went to grammar school and finished after that because my family could not afford to send me to school as they needed more help to pay for the house, my twin brother Emilio and I both got a job at the Capulet's as they are the more civilized of the two families. Let me tell you about my day, I was making a sarcastic joke as usual about the Montague family when i hear two men that i work with making disturbing sexual jokes, I wanted to go up and slap them as I spend almost every day with these two, but as a member of the lower class I was unable to. I felt as the fight should have gone on and the Prince shouldn't have stopped it because the Capulet's obviously would have won.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Isabella Cipolla, and I am a 15 seamstress for the Capulet family. My physical appearance to the people around me appears to be a 5'7, 120 lb girl with blond hair and hazel eyes. I am normally a quiet person, but I can be humorous to the people that I am around when I want to be. I also am described as cunning, upbeat, and trustworthy because I shall never tell a secret someone has entrusted me with. My normal daily life includes me getting up early in the morning, eating a full meal, and going to the Capulets to mend and create new clothing for them. When I come back to my cottage I eat another meal with my family and get taught reading and writing by my brother who goes to school. This afternoon I was in the square running errands for the Capulets when I heard these two teenage boys using vulgar terms regarding other young girls and was utterly disgusted. I immediately ran to the Capulets but suddenly realized I was in the middle of a quarrel and ran to Capulets side and avoided the fighting since I needed to compose myself and protect myself.

In situations I am usually calm, humorous, and I tend to talk alot. I have had 4 children with my wife and one child with my mistress it is to bad that the one child will recieve no inheritance money.
This morning I was working and I observed the fight. I do not take sides in the conflict because i find it rediculous that they can not get along and they feel the need to fight over there diferences. I found the insults not funny but the sexual jokes funny.

My wife was killed during childbirth and i now have one child. This morning during the fight i was most likely drunk, as i usually am. I don't remember it much but i believe it is stupid that they cant get along and live normally. I found the jokes and sexual references quite humorous.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Nicola Marino and I am fifteen years of age. Working as a servant in the Montague house, my appearance is that of a maiden that works a bit too hard. My normally curly brown hair is unkempt because I am too busy scrubbing floors and running errands to worry about my appearance. My fair skin has a light layer of dirt - I have to fetch the water for the Montagues and if I want any to wash my face, I'd have to walk all the way to the river Thames and carry the heavy water all the way back when I could be getting rid of the rest of the work I have in the house.
The other servants scold me for my "insolent tongue" and tell me that I should learn some respect for others. I have plenty of respect for people; the question is, do they deserve any? Two of the churlish, half-witted boys in the square today should have been given a good clout or two. How dare they speak of women that way! It is a shame that they work for the Montagues as well; they bring us all shame. I’d have given them a piece of my mind had good Mercutio not arrived before I unleashed hell upon them. That would have been a clout for me as well, I assume. Returning to my chores was difficult because my mind whirled without pause. I’m often told I should do less thinking and more working, though I could not care less for what others have to say. Mother says no fool would marry an ornery thing like me. I’m glad – I hear that the Capulets are having trouble with Juliet’s betrothal to Paris!
Daniella Lagani Period 7-My name is Elizabetta Lagani I am 5’2 feet 115lbs 25 years old female. I have dark brown hair and light brown eyes. I am married to 26 years old Nario Lagani. Together we have 4 children under the ages of ten. The oldest is Rosa who is 6 years old, then there is 4 years old Gino, 3 years old Isabella, and the baby of the family Enzo who is only 5 months old. I live in a small house with my five siblings and mother, my father recently passed away. I am a maid and I am quite poor, everyday I work for a family in the neighborhood., I clean their house from 6a.m to 6p.m.
ReplyDeleteHowever this morning was a little different than most days. I overheard two young men talking horribly about women, I felt so offended. But a little women like me cannot do anything so I decided to just walk of. I knew I would have gotten hurt if I got myself involved. I wads raised to learn that men fight and women do not. I felt so helpless, women are looked upon as fragile beings, in my opinion women are much stronger than men but what do I know. I was outraged when those two young men began to bite their thumbs, in public! How could they, who do they think they are?
Nicolette Forgione Period 3 - My name is Christina Forgione, I am 18 years old and I am a seamstress for the Capulet family. I am 5'6 in height, 110 lbs in weight and I have long blonde hair and light blue eyes. I am very outgoing for my age and I can get moody sometimes when people tend to get on my nerves. I have a good sense of humor and everyone that I know tells me that I'm funny. People describe me as a trustworthy, nice and appealing woman who knows how to keep a secret and can be a very good and helpful friend. My daily routine involves me getting up early in the morning, eating a few biscuits and drinking coffee for breakfast and then walking to the Capulet's to start my work as a seamstress which involves me sewing and making clothing for them. When I return back to my home, I eat another meal. After that, my father teaches me how to read and write because he is a teacher at a local school. Today while I was sewing a dress, I noticed a fight occurring right outside of the shop. I am a bit shocked at all of the insults and sexual references that were mentioned throughout this fight but since I work for the Capulets, I ran out of the shop and went to their side but didn't fight because I know that it is unladylike and unnecessary for me to be involved in a fight as big as that one.

After walking through the courtyard with my wife on this nice day I ran into the confrontation between the Montague and Capulet family. I've been getting sick of the Capulet family, they have to stop coming after my friends, the Montagues. Being that I was with my wife I didn't want to draw my sword and help fight. The men were being very childish with their ignorant sexual puns. If I cathc the Capulet family messing with the Montagues again I will make sure to get involved, even if my wife is there. The fear I will strike into them will stop this feud once and for all.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Giancarlo and i am a blacksmith, but i personally do much of my business with Lord Montague. I am lower middle class and did not receive an education. I am 20 years old, 6'5" tall, and weigh about 215 lbs. My eyes are green and my hair is black. I am usually very calm and collected, but if somebody pushes my buttons i can become irate and furious at times. It is fair to say that i have a short fuse. I am not yet married, which is against the norm, but i feel like i do not have enough time for a wife and a family.
This morning i was in my workshop as usual working on some weaponry for Lord Montague, when i hear some scoundrels that work for the Capulets talk about some very offensive things and pushing my fellow Montague followers to fight. I looked down on them and thought nothing of it. When the fight escalated i ran to get my finest swords, but just as i got out there, the prince announced that he who fights will be executed so i returned to my workshop.

I have blue eyes and my hair blows in the gentle breeze. Most woman describe me as charming, cool, and attractive. I am calm but I speak loudly to portray my confidence. Because of my high economic status I have really nice silk tights to show off my body's magnificent curves. My daily life includes going to make money, then I go and chill with my Montague homies. This afternoon I was just chillin in the town square and then I fight broke out. I heard two rotten scoundrels cursing up a storm over some young women, I was extremely offended. I am 5'6, 150 pounds, I have brown long hair, and brown eyes. I am responsible, kind, but stressed because I only make enough money to survive and have to work very hard everyday. I am married with one kid, who is a boy. I am calm, quiet, and usually passive.
I was farming outside and heard the fight between the Capulet's and the Montague's, and I thought it was quite annoying and dumb. I did not think the jokes were funny and I don't take any sides in the conversation since I am neutral between the two families.
Daniel Quinn Period 4- My Name is Ezio, I am 16 years old and I am an apprentice banker. I am 5'10", 160 pounds strong and muscular. My eyes are brown and my hair is black. In my family I have two brothers, one older and the other younger, and a younger sister. I am not married however I do have a girlfriend. This morning, I was going to get some food for the house when I saw the fight that broke out in the town square. As normal, I was quiet and scared a little. I stood and watched from a distance because I did not want to get involved. Overhearing the insults being tossed around, I was surprised at the behavior and words of some of these people. I never heard this kind of talk when I was around their age. I didn't really take action in this dispute physically, but after years of knowing and working for the Montague family, I am siding with them.

ReplyDeleteMichelle Aguirre (per.3)- I’m a 17 year old male named Alonso Romano. I don’t live under the best conditions… I dropped out of school to train to be a soldier. I am tall and muscular, with a humble but confident personality. Although not well educated, I am very respectful, hardworking and responsible, for I have a younger sister to look after and a mother to make proud. My father died when I was much younger from a fatal sickness. Being the only male figure in the house and with all the hardships in my life, I’ve developed a clear and mature vision of life. It might just be me, but kids these days need to face some challenges and man up. Earlier this morning as I was on my way to training, I overhear these two young boys- Sampson and Gregory I believe they were- talking non sense about young girls… I have a younger sister, and to think boys are that immature worries me sometimes. Not only was that just disappointing, but a worth-less little thing like that ended in a whole unnecessary fight at the square. I personally believe there are more important things than taking sides for no apparent reason, and I have nothing for or against either the Capulets or Montagues so I’ve decided to remain neutral. I also believe I should not get into anyone else’s business which is why I respectfully chose to carry on disregarding what just happened for I would not want to be late to my own training.

I mostly tend the house and the family. I am a service hand to Juliet’s nurse and a personal maid to Lady Capulet, Juliet’s mother. I am very plain with brown eyes and brown long hair slicked back into a clean bun. My personality consists of being patient, timid, passive, and obedient. This is why my occupation is in my favor. I was in the Capulet’s bedrooms fixing up the rooms like I do every morning this way their home looks presentable to visitors. I would simply ignore the insults and remarks since I know they are immature since they are servants in the same household. I would keep to myself in order to avoid any confrontation. They disturbed the peace within the house. I had to stop my daily routine of cleaning and help Lord Capulet quickly so he could go to the scene of the fight. I am on the side of the Capulet’s since they are who I work for and whom I respect.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Bella and I am 14 years old. Because my family is very poor, I never got to go to school. I was educated by my parents at home but they did not go to much school either. I started working as a maid for the Montagues last year and have fallen deeply in love with Romeo. I am 5ft 3 and very skinny because I do not get much food. I live and work in the Montague house. I normally keep to myself, but when I speak it is quiet and rushed. I am a very nervous person, especially around Romeo.
This morning I was at the Montagues' doing chores and did not hear the news about what happened in town square until much later. I find those sexual slurs so offensive, though I would never say anything. How could they say such a thing? It makes me extra nervous because I am one of the Montagues' maidens. I do not worry though, the Montagues are much more powerful and I have full faith in them. Romeo would never let them hurt me...I hope.

I am a very loud, energetic and funny person who looks forward everyday to come home to my husband Bruno and my 5 year old son Vincent. My work day consists of baking cookies cakes and many more sweetening food. I create fresh dough everyday and I tend to sell a lot because everyone thinks my foods are yummy. I am 5'5 and 118 pounds I have dirty blonde long hair and my eyes are hazel.
This morning I was in my bakery and I heard a dispute between a few teenage boys, I wasn't to worried because I was focused on working for a cake for the Montague's and didn't want to make a mistake so I proceeded to construct the cake. I did understand why a riot begun because there is so much fuss and compeition between the Montague's and the Capulets. The tension between the two families slightly affects me because they both come into my shop and buy from me alot and I do a lot of baking for both families.

I was walking home from the tailor when i came across these 2 teenage boys. The boy's names were Sampson and Gregory and they were speaking of vile, disgusting things. They were making vulgar references to other women. Back in my day (Which wasn't to long ago) many people might have thought those things but no one ever said it. When the fight broke out, part of me didn't know what to do. I decided to stay out of the brawl and to take the mature action and try breaking it up. I was simply neutral.

This morning I took a walk in town to purchase some food for my husband and my daughter, Salvatore and Carolina, with a couple of my close friends.
My reaction to the sexual comments and insults from the boys would definitely not be funny. I would most definitely be offended and would feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't like that they were talking about girls like this at all. It's disrespectful and rude. I would probably try to ask them to stop.
If I was put into the situation this morning where there was a fight that broke out in town, I would probably just stayed back, I wouldn't have gotten involved but would have wanted it to stop immediately, I took the side of the Capulets of course because thats who I work for and who wouldn't take their side?

ReplyDeleteHello! Im Francesca Isabella and I'm 26 years old. I grew up with Mrs.Capulet and from day one, we have always been best friends! As most of the town knows, the Capulets and Montague's strongly dislike each other.. I have always been on the Capulets side and will always remain. I have three kids, a son and two daughters. My husband recently died, so i struggle dealing with my kids but economically can handle it.
This morning i was walking to the towns seamstress shop. I was going to get my daughters and my own dresses to wear to a masquerade we were invited to. As I was walking on the path, in front of me were two boys that were familiar. I knew the two young boys because they were always in the Capulets household, which basically is my second home!The two young boys were named Sampson and Gregory's, I was pretty sure they are good friends with my son as well. Anyways, They were having a conversation about young ladies and typical teenage boy talk. Then came along workers from the Montague side and as always, had to instigate a fight with the two young boys. I got nervous as the fight heated up and kept walking my way. Im not exactly sure how it ended but I think those Montague's should stay out of our business and stop causing trouble.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Francesco Zappa. I am a 21 year-old cellist and music composer. I have no blood relation, but I do slightly favor the Montague family over the Capulet's. In a typical day I will work 6-8 hours on rehearsing, performing and writing music. Despite my gift of music, I am quite poor and I am often struggling to pay for essential daily items and rent. I have a stature of 5'10" with a weight of 145 lbs. People often compliment how my green eyes coordinate with my long brown hair. I am quite the busy person; I put hard work and labor into my tasks and I try to maintain an open outlook on life. Although a bit reserved in personality, I am calculating and quite cunning. People will often note that I do have a rhythmic pattern to my speech and I enunciate my words with precision and clarity. With my modest background, my attire is a bit informal. Many of my clothes contain a few holes, but I attempt to preserve my fancy wardrobe for church attendance. I was formally educated in music and literature until the age of 17 when both of my parents tragically passed away. A local revered musician by the name of Niccolo Paganini took me under his wing as an apprentice soon after. Under his training, I quickly improved in skill and began writing music as my profession. I feel a connection with the Montague household due to the sympathy they expressed when my parents died. The Capulet's turned their cheeks on me in that dark time. Despite this I try to not get entangled in their affairs. My wife Florentina however, is good friends with the Capulet family.
Earlier today, I was browsing the daily goods of the market when two characters begin to viciously quarrel in the town square. I think nothing of it and try to mind my own business, but I then hear these shocking sexual puns and slander. I chuckle to myself and begin to fully pay attention. When the argument escalates to a brawl, I can do nothing but merely watch in fascination and the two opposing sides battle in a pride-filled fiery war. Perhaps I shall write a song later today that is filled with the same fiery passion of this fight?
Young Romeo is a gentleman that I do see on occasion when walking in the town square. We are acquainted and we greet each other in the street as we walk. He says that he is a fan of some of my music. He especially enjoys the loud and up tempo opuses. In the past few days he has been reluctant and hesitant to say his salutations to me. His mind seems to be in a haze and adrift in a sea of weariness. I wonder how I can help him? I wouldn't want his to do anything he might regret.

I am rather quiet, but caring and responsible towards my children, and children to come. I am a bakery along with my husband, and have learned everything from my father before he died. We make much money from our bakery, and it helps with the income at home. This morning I was at our bakery taking the fresh baked bread from the oven. The scent filled the room and made my mouth water. Just outside, I overheard two men discussing women and making vulgar remarks to each other. I almost dropped the new bread on the floor. I was shocked to hear these boys talking about that in public, and couldn’t believe my ears. I knew that if my husband caught me listening to their conversation, he wouldn’t be happy. But I decided not to get involved, being that I am only woman.

I do have a bit of money and an good life because I am housed and fed by the Montagues most of the time, and then when i go home it's pretty normal, i have a younger brother, who is thankfully very healthy, and both of my parents. I am 5'6 and 110 lbs, i have long blonde hair, that i am extremely proud of, and bright blue eyes. I am told that i am a very aggressive, sarcastic person. But i can be sweet, funny and sincere as well. I have 3 years of education and i think that i am pretty smart for my age. The Montagues insisted that i maintain an education in order to keep working for them, i didn't object. I personally think Romeo is a handsome boy, and i call him that because i am in fact older then him. He is the sweetest and me and him have grown semi close over my years working for him. I believe that he should be able to be with whoever her wants but i choose not to voice my opinions because i dont want to loose my job or worse, my life. So here i stand on the Montagues side, not because i want too but because i have too in order to keep myself alive.
This morning i was doing what i usually do in the morning, i clean the yard and go to the market to get fresh fruits for the Montagues. These silly little boys think that its so easy for them to get girls, well i'd really like to see them try and then fail. No boy nor man deserves any female attention if he is going to be that degrading towards them. Plus at how immature they are, walking through town trying to turn a peaceful town into an uproar. Like really, men these days i swear... Since i was actually at the market when this all took place I became very sick and tired of all these silly little fights turning into giant ones because the Montagues and Capulets can seem to just mind there own businesses and walk away. So of course, swords were drawn and people were hurt, blah, blah, blah. I try to stay away from the fighting and just remain on the side that would be logical to remain on, Montagues, because i have know them for 2 years personally an they give me food, money, and a roof over my head. The least i can do is stay loyal and plus i'm afraid they will kill me. As i said before Romeo and i have grown close in the brother-sister department. He comes to me for advice since i am the youngest worker on his land. I am slightly concerned for him, i believe in him i do, its just i worry that he is jumping into things too fast. I hope he knows what he is getting himself and the rest of his family into.

I am married with 4 children, 2 boys and one girl. their names are Isabella, Francesco and Lorenzo. i have been teaching my daughter Isabella to cook so she can take my place when I'm gone. one day i was cooking a nice home cooked meal for the Montague's, when i hear a scream from out the window. i open the window from over the stove and see the Montague's and the Capulet's arguing, i had dropped what i had been doing and quickly ran outside to support the Montague family cause i had been with them all of my life.

I am Lorenzo Rossi, a wealthy 20 year old outgoing, tall, stern doctor. My deep voice gives me authority. Also my size is intimidating, I'm a 6'5 275 pound man. I spend most of my morning treating the ill and elderly then I go for tea and supper. After I have an afternoon on heeling accidents and staying at the Capulet estate for there immediate problems. I'm popular for even Montague's because of my care and compassion for everyone.
When the fight occurred I at a clients house. While on my walk over though, I walked through the town square and overheard Sampson and Gregory plotting to induce a fight. I chuckled at the mischievous idea and walked on. I knew i would be paid the heel them after the quarrel and money is a treasure, and the Capulet's can afford my bill. I am still young and child-ish so when I was told about the things said previous to the plans of fighting I laughed, those young men are so simple minded and nieve. I should have reprimanded them to have chivalry. The incident in the square is somewhat common, so I feel like nothing has changed for me but my maturity for the next fight, I will do my best to stop them. I sympathize the Monague's even though I will never say it in public.

I am very short tempered and I'm not very tolerant to others. Romeo, Lord Montague's son, is a very kind and generous boy. He comes to the kitchen and helps me cook every so often.
Today I was passing through the town square to buy some tomatoes to cook dinner for the Montagues and all of a sudden a riot broke out between the Montagues and the Capulets. I decided to defend the Montagues, so I dropped three men running by with their naked weapons. I am proud to defend my family against those evil Capulets. I respect the Montagues and will defend them no matter what the situation is.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Carolina DeAngelo and I am 35 years old. I live in a middle class family with my husband and three kids. When I was 14 my mother passed away and my father was long gone before so I needed to make money to support my family. I then took on my mother's job as a baker. My shop is in the middle of town rather far from my country side home but I walk there everyday. I also go to the market and pick up a few things for work twice a week. Being a baker who has a huge sweet tooth I would have to say it has gotten the best of me. I'm about 5,3 and 180lbs. My eldest son Vincent and his wife Fiona have brought a new baby into the world. A baby girl named Nicolla who I love and adore. I guess you could say I'm a jolly, loving, and plump old grandma. I love to spoil my kids and grand child. I'm a talkative person and have a big personality. Late at night, after my shop has closed I sneak over to the Capulet's estate and bring the leftover bagguets to the help over there and they tell me all the gossip going on.
Just like most mornings, I was at the market in the middle of town collecting my things for a day at work when I heard fighting and fowl language about a poor young lady. Three or so men were involved of course including one of the Monagues and another man tried I separate the others. I was disgusted by the language these boys were using and was glad someone tried to stop or else I'd have to hurry my old bum over there and do it myself, and we wouldn't want that. The fight itself didn't really affect me, during all the commotion at the market it was similar to all the other background noise, you kind of had to listen for it in particular. And me being a mother, I watch and listen very carefully. I hope my sons don't speak like that, and to make sure they don't when they got home I lectured them about what is and is not appropriate to say about women behind their backs. I didn't really take a side because I didn't have much interest but from what I've heard about the Montagues I'm not rather found of the lord and his family.

This sickened me and I wanted to speak up but I decided that it would be in my best interest to keep my mouth closed. After the two man going back and forth for awhile a brawl broke up and I wanted to jump in and help the Montague's side but i decided against it because I didn't want to get into any kind of trouble and risk the safety of myself or my family. I’m an easy person to get along with if we have the same economic status. I have brown hair and brown eyes and about 5’4. My daily life consists of waking up before my parents, making the three of us breakfast. Then I go to school for a few hours. In the middle of the day I come home and make my family a lovely lunch and we all eat together. Then I return back to school for a while longer. After a long day of school I get home and make my family dinner and then practice all the skills I learned in school that day.
This morning I was in my kitchen preparing breakfast for my family, waiting to go to school when I heard about the fight that happened. From what I heard from the town crier 2 boys were making rude sexual jokes. In my opinion I think these jokes are disgusting and I find them very offensive towards women. Boys our age should not be talking like they are immature pigs. The events that happened in the square didn’t really affect me because I wasn’t involved at all, I was doing my daily tasks when this all happened. Personally I never take sides on things especially when it comes to things between Romeo and Juliet’s family because I am friends with both of them.
I am Elizabeth, the younger sister of Juliet Capuelt 7 years of age. I go to grammar school everyday and come home and play with the younger children in my community. My family is one of the wealthiest in our society there for I eat 3 full meals everyday, and must dress like a proper lady. My family is very kind to me, they have a rivalry with the Montagues therefore there is often a fight going on. One day my two cousin got in a small argument with to kids from the Montagues, witch turned into a major brawl in the middle of town square Its hard for me because I am a very calm young lady and I dislike all the fighting that goes on between the two families. I am on my families side even though deep down I hate to take sides, but that would upset my family very much to hear. ReplyDeleteMy name is Julia LaBarbera. I was in the Capulet mansion this morning working my 7-day a week 15 hour a dat job as a maid in their house. This morning at 5:30 am I washed the china dishes in the Capulet mansion, made all 14 of the beds in the house, and tidied around the house. When the Lord and Lady Capulets were talking about the riot and fights that broke out in town, I remained silent. I thought to myself, how could anyone treat or think or women in that way? I knew that times would change one day, but I kept silent because I know that it's not my place to be snooping in other people's business. The Capulets were fighting about being involved in the riot. I believe that by hearing how people think of women in such a derogatory term made me realize in such a time we live in accepts people like that, and does not think of that as wrong. I'm only 17 years old, I know many think that the age I'm at I should be starting a family, but I am never going to have kids or have a husband because I simply think I am too young for the responsibility. I believe that I have a naive mind where I think that the world is perfect. But this riot, while such a small event, shows me that I have to deny the things I think is wrong, but my personality is shy, so I stay quiet in situations like that. In the action, if I was at the riot, I would walk away. I would walk away because I think that the things that they're fighting over aren't nearly enough as important as the issues we should be worried about. I don't take sides in matter like that. But, regarding Romeo and Juliet, although I have been working with the Capulets, I hardly know them as people, and from what I've heard from others, not the Capulets, I believe that Romeo and Juliet should be together. I believe that if Romeo and Juliet are in love, than theres nothing that should stop them from being together.

While I was working in the Inn cleaning I overheard to girls talking about a fight in the town. When one of my sisters told me what happened I was disappointed that those boys would say such rude things about girls. I would never want my boys to do that.

Aside from that I am a maid for the Montague family as well as a mistress for Lord Montague. I have dreams of being married and having children. I often have to listen to the rudeness of threatening to bite thumbs at each other and battled each other in the street. As well as young boys taken women's maids-head's. As I was walking to work with the children in town I saw them running to these people that were drawing a crowd. I hurried to look and see if there was any physical fighting so I can take my children away from there. But they were just making inappropriate comments that were not good for the children to hear so we walked away and I didn’t take neither side in the family’s conversation, so therefore I am neutral.

ReplyDeleteHello I’m Leonardo Mckinsey a black smith in the town of Verona and I nurtal in these silly clan wars between the Montague and the Capulet. Last time I checked I was 22 about 6’4 and had brown think hair. I get a good work out every day witch keeps me buff from crafting weapons and armor for whoever needs them. People tell me im one of the most calm and peaceful giants they ever seen and I would say otherwise. Sometimes people come to me with their problems because they know I will take it seriously no matter how small the issue. I don’t have a wife or any kids but I do look after one while her fathers out fighting as a knight. On most days im able to buy myself some good meat down at the market a black smith job is hard and dangerous but the pays good. Before I became a man of the forge I went to school for about 2 years so im able to read and write pretty well.
